We use HelpDesk to remote control your screen.
STEP1: Give Chris a call on 0439 901 932
STEP2: Click this button start a remote session: START SESSION
STEP3: Chris will give you a Session code. Type that in.
STEP4: Your computer will whirl away... and eventually share it's screen with Chris!
Help Via RustDesk (Alternative Method)...
STEP1: Download this file and run it... DOWNLOAD
STEP2: After the porgram is running you will see your ID and One-Time Password. Over the phone, tell Chris your

- One-time password
If you are having difficulties with your internet connection... these remote access programs won't work. In this case you'll need to see Chris in person... or use your phone mobile braadband to create a "hotspot" for your computer.
